The Art Olson Swap Meet Car Show is being held on Sunday, May 20, 2012
from 8am-4pm.  Set up will be on Saturday, May 19 from 1pm-4pm and also on
Sunday morning starting at 6am.  If you need any more information, feel

JAQ’S Garage Spring 2012 Event

Jeff Quam, owner of JAQ’S Garage in Moorhead, MN has invited for another great gather at his shop. Please join us as we stop out to visit our favorite independent local VW shop. Jeff and crew are always handy when you need a major fix for your Volkswagen or just need a spare part in a jiffy. Don’t forget they hand all types of import cars at JAQ’S Garage.

There will be a small seminar and food at this RRVWC event.

RRVWC Spring Cruise 2012

Cruise destination from Fargo-Moorhead area: Ayr, ND
Meeting at 9am at Joel’s house at 125 Brooktree Park, Harwood, ND

We will cruise out to Ayr, ND “the town trapped in time” for a nice day. Plenty of opportunity to take pictures of your car in a vintage setting! The town has many older buildings downtown that have been restored to their original look. With a population of only 17, we’ll more then DOUBLE that when we’re there. We’ll spend a couple hours there taking it all in, then we’ll head back to Joel and Jill’s new house just north of Harwood for a fun filled day in the sun!  Enjoy a game of softball, or Volleyball. If it’s nice enough, maybe the pool will even be open.  This will be a potluck, so please RSVP Joel if you plan on attending. Once again, we’ll have the main stuff while everyone else provides the extras. Bring your own drinks and a chair to relax in, we’ll take care of the rest. Tell your friends!

Show and Shine Car Show – Moorhead

As part of the Greater Moorhead Days, the city of Moorhead, MN is sponsoring the Show and Shine Car Show. The event will be held in Memorial Park on the corner of First Avenue and 8th Street North. Dash plaques for the first 25 entries. Open to all classic cars and motorcycles. Registration begins at 10:30am. Register by calling 218.299.5296 or visit cityofmoorhead.com/parks.

Fargo Street Fair Car Show

During the downtown Fargo Street Fair, there will be a car show in Island Park. All makes and models are welcome. Registration is from 8am – 10am. The entry fee is $10 and includes breakfast, lunch, and a photo of your car. Music will be provided by The Front Fenders.
